ExxonMobil Joliet Refinery / Joliet, IL

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Bullet Communications was hired to develop a brand identity for the new ExxonMobil Joliet Refinery employee cafeteria.

 

When Bullet was contracted, the cafeteria building was just being completed. Bullet was charged with creating a name, logo, interior graphics, exterior signage, and marketing flyers and posters announcing the grand opening of the cafeteria.  Concept, design, production and installation had to be completed within a tight deadline of 45 days.

 

Bullet developed multiple name concepts before the client selected "The Fuel Stop" as the final name.  Classic gas station graphics of the past served as inspiration for Bullet's logo design.  Bullet also wrote quotes to be graphically applied to the interior walls.  Food station graphics were created and applied. Exterior signage was designed and Bullet produced and oversaw final installation of all signage.  Marketing flyers and posters were created to announce the grand opening of the cafeteria to employees and staff.  Bullet completed entire project and installation two days ahead of schedule.

 

ExxonMobil was very pleased with the branding effort which gave the cafeteria a distinctive personality and professional restaurant image.
