PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

I began my relationship with Computer Systems Institute (CSI) when I was asked to create their corporate logo.  At the time, CSI had no distinct identity, it was only a year old but growing rapidly.  They needed a more professional image to separate themselves from the competition.  That initial project led to a long-term relationship where I managed CSI's integrated corporate identity program including the design of their corporate logo, stationery system, office materials, marketing brochures, building signage, presentation folder, print and broadcast advertising, web site design, public relations, collateral and promotional items.  CSI went on to become the premiere IT training school in the Chicagoland area, with multiple schools throughout the Chicagoland region.

 

The Computer Systems Institute corporate identity received two awards from American Corporate Identity, an annual competition which recognizes the best in corporate identity.  CSI's trade show bag was published in Shopping Bag Design 2, a hard-bound book showcasing the best in promotional bag design.  The CSI identity has also been featured in Identity magazine and Graphic Design:USA magazine.
